Hi Lynne,

In adddition to Scott's concerns, I'm worried about the randomisation. I mean, choosing which sample is used should be TOTALLY random and not left to family members!
Altogether though, I have been HUGELY impressed with the way you have tackled and promoted this area of research, and of the quality of the experiments to date. Well Done!
Finally, are you considering writing a follow up book on the intention experiments detailing the results and experiences of running these experiments?
Michael.

Thinking it over, I want to amend my last post as I think it may have been unduly harsh. I mean no insult to anyone involved, and I think the intentions behind it are noble. I just think we need to be scientific if we are "doing an experiment".

If I've actually misunderstood the experimental structure, Lynne, I hope you could clarify how it truly is a controlled study, without being blinded.

Lynne, all,

Masaru Emoto has never done a blind study (by his own admission), which is why I was initially intrigued by this one. But then I read this:

"After we’re finished, the scientists will place all four samples of water into the GDV machine and photograph and record the energy footprints of all four.

Once they’ve finished, I’ll unblind the study and tell them which one we sent intention to.

They will then use their calculations to determine whether the one sent intention most closely matches the energy print of the mineral water. "

As described, this is not a blind (that is, controlled) study, because the scientists will be told which one we sent the intention to BEFORE they decide if it worked. To be a blind study, they would have to look at the four samples and see which one most closely resembles mineral water, BEFORE finding out which one we directed our intention at. This is a major failing in experimental protocol which compromises the whole study. I am surprised that someone who fancies herself a scientist would make such an obvious error.

Apparently, however, this is of no concern to the folks posting on here... They seem to be satisfied enough that they imagined it working. Sigh.

Ok, so I was all set to start at Noon EDT and logged onto the page and bang! My browser froze. I rebooted but could not get back onto the site. So, I did what I could from a disconnected vantage point. I hope I helped.

Back to the Reiki Studies!

For the first eight minutes I felt very focused and alsmost as if the water was pulsating with energy.
The last two, I had to pull myself back in. I reliase that I work better when I think I am healing human ailments and problems.

Having said that it was very powerful . I too found myself every once in a while trying to connect to the water wiht my hand on the computer screen.

I have just sent an Intention to Rob's friend Vickki while I am still feeling strong.

Sending everyone peace, love light and strength, Christine

And from the hospital bed of....

All I can say is Thank you Thank you Thank you for I am amazed at the positive results of the surgery---no pain at all and only minimal swelling of the ear! I can hear perfectly and there is almost no fluid drainage. The IVs have been removed after 24 hours (2 days earlier than normal) & the staff is also surprized at how swiftly the healing is progressing. I must admit to feeling some resistence to the manditory dosages of "preventive" anti-biotics--but I am intuiting a gracious & loving approach to suggesting stopping this too . . .

Thank you all who have participated with this experiment !

Thank you for your wonderful work, Lynn. Confirmation of Dr. Korotkov and Dr. Emoto's work on a mass scale is important. Sample size matters and so does the belief/practise of non-local communications around the world.

Here at GNDFO, our intention is to spread "goodinfo" to the world to counteract the mostly negative news in the mainstream media.

My partner, Kina & I very much look forward to the results.

Hi Ake,
I'm clear that we were asked "...to change its energy pattern to appear more symmetrical and more like that of the natural mineral water. " Meaning the actual water sample - not the picture image. So that meant the internal energy 'structure' of the sample.
Hope that helps - Rob

I admit I had trouble staying focused all ten minutes, but at one point a felt a kind of electric surge from my head done, a kind of shiver. You think it might be some feedback from other intenders?
Still, it was a wonderful experience. The mere fact that so many people from all over the world got together to do something good.

Hello,

thanks for everyone for participating. It was the first for me for this kind of scientific group experiment. I also felt the group energy. I hope that there will be measurable changes in the sample.

All the best,
